You can chose from excellent cheese grits, self made waffles, assorted melons, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pre-made omelets, potatoes...and of course tea and coffee. This particular location refreshes your room every other day. Would have been a nice touch if they had explained the afternoon we checked in. There is a notice...

"Front desk clerk was very friendly. A mistake was made by issuing the wrong room, but she made it correct. The bathroom could have been cleaner and our room could have been more tidy. Not terrible, but noticeable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking was limited with many of the spaces reserved for electric vehicles only."

"The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there"

"Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again. There is a public ramp (Crosby's) located about 10 miles by car and approximately 1 mile by boat, which is very nice. If you are parking a truck and boat trailer at the Cabin, you must be an expert at backing a trailer, as it is very tight."

"I needed a large house to accommodate members of a wedding. It certainly worked for that purpose. However, many lights and overhead fans did not work and the refrigerator was filling with water in the bottom. It’s time for some tlc for this place as it does show signs of use and neglect. Not sure it would be my first choice again."
