"The hotel was one of the bests I’ve ever experienced while traveling!! Staff was so very kind, Rooms were clean, breakfast was diverse and nutritional, and the best part was seeing wildlife (monkeys, toucans, lizards) right from our balcony. "

"If you are visiting for your first time to Costa Rica this is not the place. When we checked in at midnight we walked to our room, that was farthest from front desk, and the keys did not work. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it open. The rooms were not well maintained and the doors did not seal so bugs would crawl in the room and we would have to kill at least 5 bugs a day. The shower only had hot water so could not adjust the...

"The hotel was lovely but we had a room that faced the road and did not match the one described. I was very disappointed at first. But it was not the hotel's fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia. Go directly to the website of the property and select the appropriate room. "
