"I booked this for my parents . The staff were lovely and kind. Assisted them with printing their boarding passes . The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. "

"This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. Nor were we properly compensated for the inconvenience and not being able to get a decent nights sleep. Eventually we checked out earlier than our departure date into another hotel. "Right in centre very convenient if you need to be in old part of town. Parking is an issue But the hotel is in a very good location and staff are very friendly and attentive Could do with some basic hotelier training "
