"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room...

"The staff were nice and helpful however the rooms were not clean. I had to complain as there were stains on bedding, floor, mirrors, bathroom. The staff however did attend and agreed that the room Wasn’t clean and changed our room. The new room was slightly better but very run down. Check in was easy and smooth, and the welcome Lassi was delicious. Room service food was good with fresh roti. Just a shame about the cleanliness of the rooms. Seems more of a volume based hotel."

The spa was incredible-wonderful treatments and amenties. Out of all the properties we stayed during our India trip, Oberoi Sukhvilas hands down had the best food-very creative and talented culinary team. "Room and hotel looked okay. The breakfast was great. Sadly the hotel pool was awful as it was just used by the pigeons and no one was taking care of it. We did not use it. We also tried to book massages in room and staff kept saying they would get back to us, but didn’t. Service for tea in lobby was very slow. Would not stay again"
