"It's a decent place for the price and very close to the beach. However, the listing isn't quite accurate: there is no bar/restaurant, no beach towels, etc. It also just needs a bit more attention to detail - the pool was constantly covered in leaves and the chairs in the courtyard need cleaning. It's also very noisy - not the hotel's fault but the surrounding bars and hotels make sitting in the courtyard a noisy experience. "

"Ok so at first I wasn’t a fan I’ve seen better.. but once there the staff, the access to the beach, and food made up for the resorts outdated look. We travel often to great resorts and lately it seems customer service has gone down the drain but at Hyatt PV the customer service stood out. The pool service (Fernando) was amazing, even when at the beach a waiter asked if we wanted anything. The restaurants aswell! The manager or captain at the morning buffet was super nice as well as the waiters...

"Nice hotel. I would recommend getting a room at the end of the hotel, as they have a Zumba class in the park in front of the hotel that can wake you up very early. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

"This is a Wonderfull property, short walk to the main street and beach, yet a very quiet street. Small plunge pool and patio a nice, and the unit had a small kitchenette. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on returning next year. "

"We had a good overall experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything. The staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, especially security, the bar staff, and the front desk team, who were all very kind and attentive.
However, our main concern was the “all-inclusive” concept. It did not fully meet expectations. Meals were mainly offered in the same restaurant, with limited variety, and the system felt more...
