"The room was so hot the ac didnt keep the room cold had a ton of ants in our room on the 8th floor th the fire alarm kept going off during the night and there was no one there in the middle of the night to fix it and it went off again the next night the double bed room included a couch bed which no adult can sleep on and not wake up needing a chiropractor will not be returning the views were nice though"

"This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. "

"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip."

Hallways smelled musty but very cool compared to the inside of our room which had trouble keeping cool. Pools are very nice and restaurants are good. Time and energy have gone into keeping the grounds wonderful and picturesque, BUT the rooms were a huge disappointment. It "

"It has great views, but needs improvements Management should pay attention to room cleaning specially the bedroom rug. incomplete set of bedsheets with no sheets to cover blanket. Blanket was super thin making it look like a cheap motel. "

"Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. Room was big, but slightly dated (didn't bother us). We heard no noise of other rooms. We went mainly for a nice beach and nice pools. I would...

"We loved the location. We had an ocean front room and could walk across the street to the beach or 5 min down the street to restaurants. Centrally located for quick trips to the rainforest and old San Juan. We LOVED both restaurants. "
