"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."

Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

"I made the reservation through Expedia. Once we found the hotel, they made us pay them $200 cash and an additional $100 deposit cash. I explained to them, that I reserved this through Expedia and that it was never written in the information that it would have to be paid in cash.
The hotel lady said that the hotel was not affiliated with Expedia. I told her, that was impossible because I made the reservation through Expedia. Instead of arguing, we went to the hotel villa. There was no...
