"I have been coming to this property for at least five years, and I can honestly say that I truly love this place. The location is beautiful, especially the beachfront setting and the incredible views. There is something very special about being here, and that is why I continue to return year after year.

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."
