"Very quite place to relax and lay back from the city craziness. For the deal we got it was an amazing experience. We are going back for sure. The food was really good too, variety and well done. Honestly, nothing to complaint about it. I recommend it. This was my first experience in an all inclusive resort, and I am glad I did it. Very satisfied."

"We had a lovely three-bedroom apartment, and each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was a huge plus. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our group. Having access to three different water parks made the experience even more amazing. There was always something fun to do for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay—10 out of 10! "Avoid this place at all costs. Resort is dated and the dinner situation is crazy in itself. I never seen an all inclusive where you have reservations for dinner and you must adhere to them. Pretty sure maids went through our belongings. Trolleys are horrible timing as you cannot walk this place especially with children or older family with you. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Resort is dated and needs updating. On top of this, no WiFi in 2026! Crazy do not go here!!!"

"Nice rooms and dinner buffet. Really good food, presentation was really nice. Coffee available 24 hrs. Located close to the city center. Free large water bottles in rooms and they replenish them. Most hotels give you two small bottles or none. Nice robes in the rooms to use when the AC gets cold."
