"Estuvimos una noche y no había luz, nos tocó el 4pm piso y a subir maletas por las escaleras.
Debería de haber funcionado su planta de emergencias, no había luz ni en el lobby."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, location is about 6 blocks from Puebla Zocalo, we walked there. Breakfast was always fresh made to order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was super clean, always smelled great and we always had hot water for showers. I recommend it 💯 %"

"This is a really sweet little hotel. with a lot of character and individually appointed rooms. It is extremely central, just a block or so away from the Zocalo but overall very peaceful and quiet.(there was some club music that was noticeable, but my room that was deep inside enough that it didn’t bother me).
