Pictures are extremely deceiving… Upon check in, we get told the AC unit was not working in the entire property and it would get fixed another day.. so the receptionist said “just sleep with the door open” as if that was safe or even what we paid for. "We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs.
