"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."

"5/5 accommedation. Room was very clean and functional. We were family of 4 and kids had their own separate room. Both rooms had a small fridge to keep drinks cold. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had on hotels with large vegetable options. I have to mention kids corner, which had flavours more suitable to small children. Personnel was very helpful, friendly and especially one lady taking care of breakfast buffet. Got the feeling I was visiting friends rather than stayed in a hotel....

"Wir verreisten als Paar mit einem Kleinkind. Wir waren überrascht von der Unterkunft, dafür, dass es „nur“ ein 3-Sterne Apartment war. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind immer auf der Suche nach einem großen Familienbett sind, wurden wir hier mehr als zufrieden gestellt mit einem mind. 1,80m breitem Bett. Die Unterkunft und die gesamte Anlage sind top renoviert. Klar, hier und dort sind ein paar kleine Mängel zu sehen, aber auch nur, wenn man genau hinsieht - wie z.B. kleine Wollmäuse in den Ecken oder...

"Gute Verkehrsanbindung, das Hotel ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Fenster gut isoliert, keine Lärmbelästigung. Gutes Frühstückt. Leider nur eine Kaffeemaschine, die auch an zwei von drei Tagen defekt war. Zudem gab es zu wenig Tassen. Es standen nur Pappbecher für Tee & Kaffee bereit. "
