"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"We just spend a most enjoyable weeks vacation in Montecatini Terme's gem, Hotel Parma e Oriente. With family hands-on management and experienced and quality staff, out stay was faultless and we really appreciated their advice and arrangements of airport transfers and local guidance etc. Nice wholesome breakfast was included and the a-la-carte dinner menu was extensive and the food excellent. We will definitely be re-booking for next year."

"Hotel un po’ datato. Il problema che il ristorante è chiuso, malgrado sul sito c’è scritto che ha il ristorante. Scrivono che hanno il caricatore per auto elettrico ma è pubblico in un parcheggio pubblico "
