"Very"

"Grande chambre, confortable et propre. Pas facile d’accès."

"The spa needs some maintenance and the overall vib of the hotel needs to be improved. It wasn’t a bad stay but there should be improvement at the property."

"I booked a small double bunk room with private external bathroom It was only me in the room (someone did come in after I'd went to sleep but had gone by the time I'd woken up) Great outside area and bar"

"Staff was very helpful during our stay. We had to leave at 5am and they had made us a nice breakfast to go. Room was nice and we were in a great location."

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

"Limpieza buena. El sábado 17/10 Al llegar me dijo un señor mayor que estaba en la recepciòn que la reserva estaba pagada. Y q despuès tenìa q pagar el impuesto municipal. A la salida me informa un joven en la recepciòn que debìa pagar la estadía q ya tenía incluído el imp municipal. Al comentarle lo que me informò el Sr mayor Me dice que ha sido un error y paguè. Me diò el comprobante de pago. Si disculparse por el error. Una verguenza."

"Perfect location for all to see in Pisa! The staff was very accommodating. The room was beautifully appointed and clean. I highly recommend!"

"Staff (all ladies) were extremely polite and helpful. Good included breakfast with hot & cold choices. Beds very comfortable and clean. "Double Executive Room with two dbl/queen beds and balcony" - second bedroom, through a doorway, was very small, furniture very old, wonky tap in bathroom. Clever photography misleading regarding room sizes. No fly/mosquito screens on windows so unable to open them OR use the balcony as the Mosquitos were very active. Windows not double glazed so traffic noise...

"Bad bad old really bad customer service Double charged still waiting on credit card dispute Beds were terrible Lobby has a water leak the ceiling could fall anytime"

"The location was great. Easy to get to from the train station and was as described. A small room we had. If had more luggage than carry ons for two people you would have been crowded. The description to get in was perfect. Easy to follow. Close to tower ( 10 minute walk) and lots of restaurants to chose from"
