"The staff is very helpful, the lobby is lovely. But I noticed it is a little grubby since the last time I stayed here a year and a half ago. Chipped paint, dirty carpet in the hallway."

"Ci siamo fermati solo un giorno per un concerto ma comunque perfetto per un soggiorno settimanale di mare dato che i lidi si trovano di fronte. La camera era provvista di balcone con tavolino e sedie indispensabile per asciugare eventuali costumi e teli, cosa che non ho avuto in una settimana di soggiorno in un Hotel Palace a 5 stelle a Vieste. Lo consiglio vivamente..."

"This is not a 4 star hotel; 2 star at best. Room the size of a closet, impossible for two people to even open their suitcases."

"Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend."

"Location is very close to the beach. Room is a bit outdated but was clean. No free water but it was fine - there’s a grocery close by. My room faced the Main Street so it can be quite loud at night. Perhaps I should have asked for a quieter room."

"Housekeeping was excellent, staff on reception was also very helpful and friendly. However breakfast on average, coffee was nice. Very important note, that Hotel is not located very close to the sea, property has bicycle rental, but 20EUR per day for the older creaky regular bicycle it is too much"

"Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again."

"The property was very clean. Property is in a nice country setting yet is close to beach and the mountains. It felt like I had the house to myself but the host was available when needed. I would definitely stay again."

"Struttura molto particolare, la hall e risrorante molto scenografici.le camre grandi ,ma andrebbero rinnovate. Le piscine già viste anni fa, tradiscono l'età. Pulizia generale buona;motivo di disappunto la non riportata sul sito indisponibilità totale della palestra, a differenza di altri Htl dove siamo stati recentemente. colazione adeguata al livello della struttura (4 stelle e non 5)."

"Absolutely amazing choice for our stop from north to south Italy!!! The pool is unbelievable for the whole family with amazing shape and great fresh water that brings you back to life. The room super clean and great bathroom with many many towels for everyone. Breakfast also something amazing just as we wanted."

"Clean rooms. The staff speaks Eenglish very well and they were welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is located in an area that's near the train and bus station. The beach is also close as well as many, many dining choices."
