"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers.
I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro.
When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...

"The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were amazing and all the facilities were very good. There is a bubble pool, sauna, relaxation rooms and various massages that can be booked. I had the singing bowls massage it was superb."

"Very friendly staff,
Very nicely priced meal which was very tasty and traditional and the vino blanco was lovely, slept like a log, the breakfast was ok and the coffee was the kick I needed...not bad atall"
