"The property was beautiful and in a great location. Breakfast was very good and the cleaning people were wonderful. My only complaint is with the front desk staff. There were two occasions where the person I was speaking with took off when they saw another guest, basically while helping me, and told me a colleague would assist. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before. Most of the time the staff were wonderful.

"I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot.
