"The most beautiful and unique hotel. We were taken care of with their excellent concierge before we even got to Italy. The room was exquisite, the food beautiful and I would recommend the candlelit dinner for two. It was the most wonderful and romantic experience. "

"Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff. Delicious strong cocktails on the roof top terrace at sunset! The breakfast was tasty but could do with more frequent replenishing the buffet options. Definitely worth taking up the parking and transfer option given the steep hills and cobbled streets that are very atmospheric but take a bit of puff to navigate! "

"Un hôtel digne des 4 étoiles : magnifique. Vous êtes accueilli par quelqu'un pour que vous puissiez garer votre voiture chose qui ne se retrouve que dans les 5 étoiles généralement. L'entrée est somptueuse. Le petit-déjeuner reste bon : il y a du choix en sucré mais il manque un peu au niveau salé et de la région"

"Aside from the hotel being very nice and comfortable and in a great location, unfortunately we experienced an emergency medical situation that drastically hindered my mobility. They quickly relocated us to a ground floor room as I could not traverse the stairs to our original 2nd floor room, mgmt helped my wife with the luggage while is was in ER and arranged cab service for us from hospital, to pharmacy and back to hotel.
