"Frühstück toll, freundliches Personal. Das einzige war, dass wir am Abend dort nicht essen gehen konnten, da es eine geschlossene Gesellschaft gab und somit keine Kapazität für Hotelgäste. Das geht überhaupt nicht und ist ein schlechter Service !!! "

"This hotel is excellent. Even the minibar is complimentary, which is something I’ve rarely seen at other hotels. The only thing I wish were different is the size of the coffee and tea cups. We enjoy a large cup of tea in the morning, and the cups are a bit small for that. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful, very comfortable, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! ☕🏨✨"

"The room was alright and had everything you needed. However, with the TV, the channels kept freezing and it was hard to watch anything. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Check-in staff seemed disinterested and were not alert enough for a 4 star hotel. The bar was quite empty and we had to alert reception staff to ask for someone to take our order for another drink. All in all, very disappointed and can understand why it has been dropped from a 5 to 4 star hotel but we believe it just...

"Breakfast was enjoyable but limited the same happens with the restaurant and is not opened all the time considering it is in the hotel. Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude.
