"Palazzo storico ristrutturato ma piuttosto spoglio. Le camere molto belle ma piene di ragnatele sul soffitto in legno che non davano esattamente un aspetto curato all'ambiente. Colazione molto basic. Posizione davvero disagiata per quanto segnalata"

"Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend"

"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air con which was much needed. Fresh water daily and a lovely bottle of juice each. Close to the action for the ferry, sunset pictures and great restaurants. The views from our room had us captivated. We wished we could have stayed longer. Gracie mille 😊"

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."

"Hôtel agréable même si vétuste niveau chambre. personnel super agréable (5 étoiles) par contre, contrairement aux infos d' Expédia; aucun parking (limité) à l’hôtel, juste des places de parking payants (10€/jour) dans la rue en "cul de sac" avec environ 30 minutes d'attente en moyenne (sauf coup de bol) pour qu'une place se libère (GALEREEEEE) !!! "Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean."
