"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

Nessun addetto allo stesso ruolo, moooooolta più gente, nessuno o pochissimi i riallestimenti, tanto che le persone si prendevano da sole l'acqua dal frigo! Alcune cose non sono mai state rimesse! Stessa cosa x la piscina, gradevole ma poca attenzione, una signora tedesca di una certa età si è denudata senza ritegno e...

"The room was fabulous as was the staff. Francesca helped out at the front end suggesting great places to visit nearby. Samantha was the best! She served us breakfast with a smile every day but the one day she was off. She also served us drinks up by the pool. We loved staying here. The spa was closed for maintenance so we only were able to test it out our first day in. The pool was so beautiful but we wish it had been heated. It was very cold!"
