"We visited the city of Burgos last Monday February 16th,2026. We were looking for a 5-star hotel with a great location and we just found more than that!! The NH collection palace was extraordinary. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the heart of Burgos main cathedral, restaurants, and monuments. We are coming back for sure! "

"The place to stay in Burgos ! Spotless rooms, friendly staff and great food . We always have a bar meal in the cafeteria in the evening with a couple of beers , the food is delicious and well presented, the bar staff are super friendly and efficient. Breakfast is really nice with a great selection onto suit everyone. "

"Lovely hotel right next to the motorway, so it's ideal for a stopover. It was really clean, the reception team were friendly and the restaurant was good. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were great. There is loads of free parking with some electric car charging points. Dogs are welcome too. Would 100% recommend for a stopover."

"The bathrooms have been updated. Walk in showers instead of bath. Kettle in room! Staff were helpful as i seemed to have 2 identical bookings through expedia BOTH paid for. The hotel said they would not charge so hope expedia reimburse me!"

"It was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful building. We ate in Tómbola restaurant which was a few minutes walk away. It was excellent. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. An absolute perfect stay. Thank you "
