"Das Hotel ist sehr haustierfreundlich. Wir hatten auf unserem Zimmer eine Schlafmatte, Näpfe und sogar Leckerlies für unseren Hund. Man muss zwar auch einen Aufschlag mit Hund zahlen, aber in den meisten anderen Hotels bekommt man für die Mehrkosten keine zusätzliche Leistung. Man hätte auch in einem separaten Raum mit Hund essen können. Für eine Gassirunde am Abend und am Morgen gibt es auch genügend Grünfläche um das Hotel herum."

"Para repetir. Habitación limpia, tamaño correcto. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo posible. Desayuno muy bien, con variedad y muy rico todo. Lo único malo, hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle pero es difícil encontrar sitio."

"The parking is an absolute nightmare. It is extremely difficult and dangerous to drive and find a spot and the spots are at an angle and difficult to park. The breakfast- coffee is from a machine and the coffee comes out cold. The rooms are modern and the building is historic."

"Beautiful hotel and parking very easy and free. However check with the hotel it isn’t market day as you have to use the hotel car park if it is. The room was clean and spacious with a bath tub. Check in easy and all the team were friendly."

"Was next to cathedral and old town. The room was very large (three seperate areas). Parking was in the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel needs some upgrading particularly the bathroom. This looks to be a hotel that was exceptional but is in need of an upgrade. The A/C and the TV did not work which was annoying but not a huge issue. With a little bit of attention this could be (or return to) a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"The bathrooms have been updated. Walk in showers instead of bath. Kettle in room! Staff were helpful as i seemed to have 2 identical bookings through expedia BOTH paid for. The hotel said they would not charge so hope expedia reimburse me!"
