"Very clean and tidy throughout. We had a lovely room with a terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Burgos. There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star"

"I spent one night at this quiet, comfortable and centrally located hotel in Burgos. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, wall mounted smart TV, ample closet space and picturesque views of the city since I was on the 8th floor. The bathroom had a walk in shower and excellent water pressure. The hotel wifi reception was excellent. However, there was no mini fridge in my room. I was able to find very convenient free street parking just across the street for my rent a car - the hotel also has its own parking garage. There is a breakfast buffet available for a reasonable fee. The reception staff were all professional, courteous and English speaking. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Burgos."

"What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. The breakfast was adequate and overall makes your stay feel very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here when in Miranda de Ebro."

"Lovely charming and helpful staff at reception. We skipped breakfast but we liked the fact you could choose right up to the morning at same price. Gorgeous smell when you enter the lobby, and v welcoming. Great location and also unexpectedly quiet, right beside the cathedral. Great to have underground parking choice. We will definitely return as Burgos was super. Would love to see tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms."

"Good breakfast lots of choice, hot and cold. Clean and good size room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night while passing through to a ferry. Underground car park was useful if a little tight in places (long cars may struggle, but our SUV was OK)). They apparently have 42 spaces but when I asked to use the car parking when booking months before arriving, they said they could not reserve a space. This would be understandable if they had many fewer spaces but with so many apparently available, a different response might have been better. There is a one car space outside of reception, limited to 10 minutes, in which to unload. It is in a one way street just by a traffic light and only a three meters past the car park entrance which means another trip around the one way system to get into the parking entrance. Unfortunate positioning."
