Ho apprezzato molto la colazione (di gran lunga fra le migliori mai provate per qualità e varietà), e la palestra ben fornita aperta h24. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro. Unica pecca gli addetti alle pulizie, non è bello trovare una chiazza di sangue sul cuscino appena arrivato, bisogna richiedere una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli. Lo staff invece è sempre disponibile e ha subito risolto l’inconveniente, per questo non mi sento di far pesare particolarmente questo dettaglio su quella che è stata l’esperienza a 360 gradi, ma andava comunque menzionato per mantenere alta la qualità e l’asticella dell’attenzione da parte del personale."
