"We were put in a room where first the aircon didn’t work, they then said it was fixed but when we returned in the evening it was far too noisy to sleep. They did agree to change rooms but just handed us the key with no offer to help move us over. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Hotel over all seems a bit tired and not 4 star, paper cups in the room made it feel a bit low budget Beds in our new room were however comfortable"

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, walkable to everything. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking our car was easy.
