"repeat breakfast, terrible service"

"La camera era sporca, sul lenzuolo c'era un capello,lo stesso nel telo, c'era polvere,il bagno era sporco,per non parlare dell' interruttore della luce diventato ormai giallo e la luce sullo specchio con tantissima polvere. La camera il giorno dopo non è stata pulita,ho fatto la doccia e lasciato gli asciugamani a terra per farli cambiare,al mio rientro dalla colazione era rimasto tutto uguale,la doccia sporca ancora con tutti i capelli a terra e gli asciugamani dentro, era stato sistemato solo...

"This place is in the best spot on the water. Rooms are like condos, not hotel rooms. Super comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Staff is really nice and helpful but the breakfast…the breakfast is the best out there. Try everything they offer. Lastly, do yourself a favor in Monopoli, just be. Stay 2 nights. The first day check out all the sights and the second, just chill. You’ll be a new person. "

"Had an amazing experience at this beautiful property right in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing both Giuseppe & Emio were so kind & welcoming. Gave us instructions on parking ahead of time. They also gave us the best food recommendations - the pasta right across from our place was the best we had during our trip. Stroll the streets and find the mojito bar ! The room was clean with a balcony that looked over the bridge which was great for people watching. We will definitely be coming...

"Desayuno bueno. Limpieza bien. Ofrecen aire acondicionado y es un engaño total. Yo tengo una condición médica que necesito tener una temperatura específica. Pedí en dos oportunidades que me arreglaran el aire y lo negaron diciendo que no era la temporada para aire acondicionado. Deberían especificar eso en los detalles del hotel. Si yo hubiera sabido esto, no hubiera escogido ese hotel."

"Very convenient as you are in the center of the city. Close to the stores. There’s a parking right in front of the hotel if you have a rental car. Room is little small though. "

"The hotel is very nice, it is 3km to town where most restaurants are. Rooms are clean, beds and shower are great. Our issue was the room locks. Every day we came back, our key cards would not work. Had to walk back to the hotel front desk twice to get the cards reprogrammed and they still didn’t work. They had to rebuilt the lock the first day, the next day, same thing happened. Very frustrating "
