Room floor dirty, we have to contact them several time for a leaking in the kitchen sink, also reported shower drain slowly water out, stinking water coming out from a service black water located in the bathroom. "Start with bad bits, check in waiting time could be shorter as I had pre checked in but they where very good in organising changing our room. The worse thing are the amount of steps if you aren't that agile. The room was very good and aircon brilliant. Bed a bit hard. The position of the hotel is excellent, plenty of good restaurants close and loved the beach bars. We would rebook the hotel again. The pool was beautiful and clean.the whole holiday was good value"

"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

"We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description.
