"Our room overlookes the beach and had a private entrance to a pool. Staff was great, rooms were clean. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. The poolside restaurant could use some improvement but staff was super nice."

"Spa and pools were nice. Each a different temperature. However, tiles need fixing or replacing including grout. Room not fully stocked with towels. Floor not mopped in a few days. Food was average except for one quiet restaurant which cooked food by our diet and awesome Chef came out to see if we liked everything twice. She was awesome. Head Chef was an incredible. You could meet and make dietary requests. Jerk chicken truck, beaches grounds awesome. I feel that it was lacking in value overall. "

"Beautiful property, very open and easy to navigate. Food is very good and same price with what we had in America nowadays. You can make a short walk from the hotel to a nice area with tons of bars and restaurants if you don't want to eat at the property. Pool/beach staff are sweet and nice. I have nothing but good things to say about the property and service. 10/10, I will come back."

"WBC provided a wonderful six night stay for my wife and me. The room was very spacious, and felt fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff gets an A grade for friendliness, attentiveness, and overall professionalism with extra Shoutouts to MyHanna, Robert, Abagail, Bianka, Irene and Kayoon who role modeled great service. I would like to see the pool roped off to have a section for “adults only” as the whole pool was sometimes overridden by kids. We’ll be back…make sure to have the peanut butter pie...

"The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. "

"Cute clean hotel in T&C, with each room having a balcony/patio overlooking the pool area. Dedicated Grace Bay Suites beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs are literally across th street past the shopping area then down a short path - to paradise. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk. It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 2-3...

"The staff especially Suzanne offers an excellent warming welcome. The place is clean . Just be aware that the hotel is 5min drive to the beach . However, the hotel offers drop off and pick up from the beach . The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools. "

"This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are...

"Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. "
