"Beautiful hotel located across the street from the beach. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops. Most importantly, the Air Conditioning was excellent!"

"The hotel is right in the city center. Beside is the Notre dame and 5 mins walk to the train station. In front is the tram that goes to the Place de Massena and other tourist spots. The hotel is quite old and the carpet on the halllways need replacing. The room is pretty small and is expected for the city and in France but it’s overpriced for that kind of hotel. The staff is nice but not quite efficient."

"Very disappointing stay. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, the overall attitude felt more like mass processing than hospitality. I contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I would be there at 9am and wanted to ask about early check-in or possible arrangements. I received no reply. I also tried calling, but nobody answered. When I arrived, reception eventually found my message and explained that because it had come through Expedia, they hadn't seen it.
