"Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next...

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. "Staff was very welcoming and helpful. our rooms were clean and I was happy with the iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room. breakfast was great but as my partner was vegetarian he only had hash browns and beans it would be nice to have veggie sausages. we decided to eat in on our last night but was disappointed in the meal as the nan bread was rock hard and the curry was very bland with less curry and more of the boiled rice missing out the mango chutney will not be eating dinner again"

"Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "
