"My daughter complimented the lady that checked us in on having a cool shirt and she didn't seem like she cared. When we got got up to our room for 4 people, the pull out couch had no sheets, pillows or blanket. We had to get it from the staff and put it together. Just had a long trip getting there and wanted to get some rest."

"The room had cockroaches live present in the bathroom and there was hair and dirt in the sheets on the bed. The owner assured us she was going to issue a refund and apologized for the condition of the room. After 2 weeks and several text strings I find myself writing this review and wishing I had checked the Google reviews as well before having to escalate the dispute to my credit card company. Seems there are several such stories to be found when one starts searching"
