"The photos are deceiving. Our room looked out to a multi track train layby from the first floor. Access is not great. Look closely at Google maps for services. We will look elsewhere next visit."

"Property isn’t able to clean the bed sheets and towels. The property tried to get the money for washing . Never ever happened in 20 Years I traveled Not clean and not a nice welcome."

"Within walking distance to St Kilda Beach and just a 20-minute tram ride from the city center, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet the area itself remains quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities are excellent; the lounge is spacious and relaxing, and the shared kitchen is very well-equipped. My private room was also roomy and comfortable. I was delighted to find that they provided a kettle along with some delicious Melbourne...

"Easy parking on site paying an extra free, however plenty of street parking free 6PM-08-00AM. Convenient for restaurants! Shopping centre ! Tram and 10 minutes walking to city. Highly recommend"
