"Fantastic room size and a very clean and well equipped apartment. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and once we checked in there was no need to use our car for the duration of our stay due to the multiple dining options close by, and easy access to public transport when heading further away. Bed and pillows were really comfy and our room was near silent through the night with a pleasant view / small balcony. Usually I would stay in the city when travelling to Melbourne...

"Sandra at reception was great, hotel smelt was barely furnished to that of a asylum seeker hotel standard from the uk… carpet was worn, kettle was a white cheap from supermarket, no coffee , kitchen was non existent or wouldn’t use. Spend $10 more and go to oaks next door. This place hasn’t been touched since I stayed in 2017 and is borderline a health hazard "
