"We arrived to town early in the morning on a bus from Ecuador. Fortunately, the hotel provides an option for early arrival. The room had ample space, and was provided with a desk and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"The pool looked like a swamp for my entire stay, she told us it was clean but there were days and days where you could see the mosquito eggs floating on the top, dead bugs and plant matter, you couldn’t even see the bottom. I rented this room to relax and sit by the pool and enjoy a clean beach. The beach beds were literally covered in a mountain of sand and the area had a bad smell. Nos cobraron por adelantado las dos noches. Nos pidieron dinero prestado para el agua del hotel. La cocina llena de cucarachas. La piscina a medio llenar, con agua muy sucia y presumiblemente contaminada. El primer día no hubo desayuno y se fue el dueño y dejó a cargo del hotel a la chica de limpieza (ya no volvió más). Se volvió a acabar el agua y ella tuvo que pagar más agua con su plata. No había Internet. La señal de la televisión se iba siempre. La...

"They are slowing revitalizing this place. If you want a secluded and quiet place vs. more touristy and crowded just north, then this place is great. It is at the end of the street and with the beach out front, you can walk for a long way with no one else around. Very fun time. Wish we had more time. The rooms need some updating, but they are in the process of doing so, so by the time you read this, things should already be better. Definitely worth a look!"
