"Points forts: Proximité de la gare et d'un arrêt des bus City Sight Seeing. Bon déjeuner pour 10 EU pp. Propre et personnel très aidant. Seuls bémols: douche bain difficile d'accès (bord très élevé) et peu convivial. La climatisation a commencé à fonctionner seulement à la moitié du séjour. Globalement très contents."

"La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Très bel hôtel, proche de l'aéroport. Nous partirons très tôt le matin et nous avons eu un sac de petit déjeuner, à la demande. Super."

"Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."

"Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend."

"The location was awesome but the manager who checked us in was not very helpful and did not help us with orientation at all. It would be good if travellers from outside Italy were given a little help though appreciate it is not a usual destination for foreign tourists."

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."
