10/10 Excellent

"My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, the design, the furniture, the architecture, wonderful. When we arrived the staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. Our room on the 4th Floor was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was excellent and for me a lifesaver from the heat of Torino Our first evening we went to the Oriental bar and had drinks and snacks, fabulous. The staff were really nice and helpful. After a wonderful sleep we had breakfast which was a buffet. Plenty of choice and quite delicious We spent the morning taking in the beautiful sights and architecture of Turin/Torino. Returning to the hotel we spent an hour and a half being spoilt at the wonderful spa, which has the loveliest of staff and so many amenities. After another relaxing sleep and a fabulous breakfast again our little break had sadly come to an end. We will be back and spend much longer in this beautiful hotel I highly recommend it"

"Outstanding hotel! Right next to the Porta Nuova station, which often means a run-down neighbourhood, but except for a few harmless beggars sleeping under the porticoes the surroundings were fine as well as handy for taxis or walking through the elegant city. Well air-conditioned (during the worst heatwave ever), spatious guestroom with large bathroom, splendid high-ceilinged spaces for the Lobby and Breakfast Room, a nice roof bar/bistro with an open terrace where we enjoyed a thunderstorm without getting wet. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with the option to order fresh-squeezed juice, omelettes etc. at no extra charge. Staff very helpful, fluent in English, prompt to print out documents as needed and bring extra pillows, And they even extended our checkout time so we could use the room up to when our evening flight departed."

"Overall a fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Pool was amazing with a good amount of sunbeds. It got very busy on the weekend compared to the weekdays. We felt that given the heatwave when we stayed they should have given us bottled water everyday not just randomly on 2 days as they appeared to do. Also there were a lot of corporate events on during the weekdays. The pool bar is very, very expensive. There is a supermarket bearby that is about 8 min walk but they lock you out of the minibar and you have to request access - so you can’t easily chill drinks. Also they add 5% service charge for your stay and they tell you this at checkout. They do say it’s optional but you feel obliged to pay it. Along with city taxes this can add a significant amount to your bill so be aware!"

"Great hotel near the train station where the airport bus drops you off. All the major attractions are within 10/15 minutes walk. The room was spacious with air conditioning. Bathroom was clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful Overall very good hotel with excellent service"
