Perth and Kinross Hotels with parking

"The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space. Staff were great though! "

"Excellent clean hotel, comfy beds but the pillows a little to hard The breakfast was outstanding Staff helpful and friendly"

"Lovely hotel, and very helpful staff. Food was delicious "

"Nice hotel in a good setting. Very nice staff and good food."

"The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned. The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite, friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure. Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...

"The staff were fantastic and so nice! Small and comfortable area. Easy to get around and only a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station."

"Hotel in good location near to city centre. Ample free parking. Public areas need modernising. Bathroom very small and although fan working it smelled musty."

"The history of the building drew us to it. Charlie, who will check you in, is so delightful. She will help you with all your needs."
