"The hotel itself as well as the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, food was good. Prices were exorbitant for literally everything. Most are across Scotland and the UK. The real issue we encountered, was certain staff were distasteful and had an obvious distain for foreigners.
