"The hotel is nice, but doesn't provide a 5 service. It was clean, staff were helpful and the location is great. However, amenities were lacking, water pressure was poor and there is only one elevator to serve too many rooms. Also, breakfast is overpriced. "

"One of the closest hotels to the airport and always stay here when transiting through Sofia. Hotel shuttle is reliable and on time and free! Rooms are of a good standard and staff friendly. Evening meals are good and reasonably priced. Have tried other local airport hotels but always end up back here "

"This is a charming little hotel. Everything is functioning properly. It is not too far from the bus station. Unfortunately, they have closed their restaurant and bar. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Ottimo hotel. In zona centralissima a Sofia. Mette a disposizione tutto quello di cui un viaggiatore può aver bisogno, come la possibilità di usare dei locker in attesa di poter entrare in stanza o dopo il check-out, la disponibilità di caffè e acqua nella lobby. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Unici due appunti: - oltre il caffè aggiungerei anche il te - il vetro doccia è 20 cm più corto del necessario e il bagno tende ad allagarsi"
