My only feedback would be on the female staff on night duty on 22/3 - We weren’t aware that the rooftop jacuzzi had to be booked in advance, but she relayed this in a rather inflexible and curt manner that made us feel unwelcome. She had also tried to chase us out of the restaurant area stating that we would have to...

"All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"
