"Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!"

The room was clean, quiet and exactly what we had hoped for. The included breakfast surpassed anything I could have expected and for 2 plant based eaters, there were more than enough choices.
