"The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). "We stayed there once before and our experience was better. This stay the garbage wasn’t empty & toilet issue with the bathroom. We had no refrigerator. They call the police outside I don’t know about what and it was like crack heads where hanging outside."

"The hotel is charming, full of history and close to everything inclding Tarpon Springs which was super interesting. The biggest downfall was that our room was right next to the ice machine and there was loud drunk people using it at 2pm, talking loudly and being very loud both nights we stayed. So we didnt get good sleep. The only other issue was the bathroom wasnt very practical in that there was no space to put things and the shower was quite small/narrow."
