"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room however was not great. The sheets didn’t fit the bed (too small). The mattress didn’t have a mattress cover and was lumpy and smelled. Since the sheet didn’t fit the mattress, I kept ending up on the mattress itself. The pillows were lumpy. The bed didn’t have a blanket and the blanket in the closet was also too small for the bed. Breakfast was good. Lunch was decent. The rooms were downstairs and there was no ramp or elevator. I can’t walk...
