"Overall ok"

"My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly"

"I enjoyed staying but i was denied of having a breakfast that i asked for on Friday morning 1st by one of your male staff at around 6:30. He says only those that accommodate are allowed. But i was accommodated since Wednesday 29 April. Anyway thanks for your hospitality and kindness "

"The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. "空港送迎について連絡を入れたときなかなか返信がありませんでしたが、一旦やり取りが始まったら非常にスムーズでした。 ホテルは清潔で非常に快適でした。 何よりスタッフがフレンドリーで滞在をより楽しくしてくれました。 4泊しましたが朝食が毎日同じ内容で、そこだけが少々残念でした。"

"A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "

"All though I dint use the kitchen, I find the environment very calm, clean and private.. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shade trees round the yard."

"Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up. The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time. Unfortunately, there was no wifi. The food and service at the restaurant was good. "

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."
