"Room was great, clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Hotel location was great, right by the lake and close to Mont Tremblant, they offered shuttle service to the mountain so no need to drive to ski. The hotel also had a really big pool and big hot tub with saunas inside and outside. The ice skating was beautiful, skating through the wood and not just around in circles."

"We were travelling with guests from out of the country. One of our guests forgot his wallet in the room after check out. Housekeeping and the front desk were very helpful finding the wallet and getting it back to us."

"Beautiful place! Bed was very comfortable best I’ve slept in at a hotel. Staff were friendly. Only complaint would be the parking situation when checking in a lot of confusion amongst guests I found."
