"The mattress had springs sticking out, there was rocks in my food, the staff wasn’t very helpful, buffet wait staff was super slow, mattresses were at least 20 years old, and my kid got scratched by the spring from the mattress, and we had to park way too far from the lobby. The bar staff had bad attitudes and not enough bartenders, creating long lines. Besides that, the pool and beach were fun."

"The staff drop the ball the first night I had paid for a room a month out when we get there they overbooked the rooms so that left me without a room and had to get a room else where for that night also had trouble getting a refund for the first night that i did not stay there because of they error staff was not helpful at all still have not receive my refund yet"

"I love everything the location the property amenities and the versatility of English /spanish speaking workers. Nice location plenty shops around. 25 min from the main Panama City but uber is cheap so no worries. 10/10"

"It’s not a bad hotel but it’s not a good one either…. For a well seasoned traveler that enjoys amenities. Pros Clean property Rooms are nice & up to date Friendly staff Nice view of the rain forest from your room if you’re booked on that side Cons They will charge you for food on your first and last day of stay even though you have an all inclusive stay They will not give you your all inclusive wrist band until 3pm on the dot even though we checked into our rooms at 240pm they made us come...
