"The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more."

"I didnt know what to expect when I booked it. Arrival was by bus from the airport to the harbour and boat to the island. The harbour is not easy to maneuvere, and not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. There are 16 cottages and they are small but lovely, mine [number 1] was right on the beach. The staff and boatmen are lovely and nothing is a problem to them, including arranging excursions for you. Food is good and pool area great. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful week."

"Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. "

"We stayed three nights are El Rio Y Mar Resort and wish we could have stayed a week. This resort is hands down the best resort we have stayed at in the Philippines. It's very secluded from the hustle and bustle of Coron yet close enough that you can still do the island hopping tours and excursions. The staff were exceptional from the time you arrive to the time you depart. The food at the ONLY restaurant was absolutely delicious. We were a bit nervous about there only being one restaurant...

"If you are looking to completely relax then this is the place for you. The staff (Robi, Ryan and 'Steve') go above and beyond to make you feel a part of the Majika family, they even arranged a Valetine's day dinner on the beach for us and on several occasions brought us fresh coconuts grown on site to drink from! The facilities are basic but after this year's planned renovations I'm sure it will become the perfect spot to switch off from every day life and enjoy the beautiful natural...

"The resort was "decent". Booked entirely based on price. Resort needs some serious TLC. They should invest in the property and it would be nice. Remove window aircon and install split system. Install small refrigerators in the rooms. Our aircon barely dropped the temperature even when i left it running 24 hours Restaurant was not good. Thank God for McDonald's down the street Based on the lack of attention to the property by the foreign owners, we would not recommend. It seems they are...
