"Things I liked: Location of hotel; Mall Road. Quality of service (staff) was good; courteous staff. Room was clean. Airport pickup and drop service was efficient. Good WiFi connection in the room. TV: Many channels/choices. Weaknesses/Needed improvements: Room was not ready regarding water bottles; fruit tray, few bathroom items, etc. Dated/old furniture in the room; spots on chairs and sofa; needed thorough cleaning. Old carpet in the room; will require replacement. AC thermostat, not properly working. Breakfast buffet: Limited fruit choices; do not provide canned fruit; yogurt was not available. Laundry service was slow; also quality of washing was sub-standard. Executive lounge: Food choices were pretty limited. Provide more food items especially fruit and vegetables. Hotel lobby: Provide more chairs to sit in the waiting area. Transportation/rental car prices were somewhat high."

"My room was comfortable but there was no air conditioning in the room I’m temperature 35 C. Apparently valves were closed or choked. Bathroom was very outdated, no towels in the bathroom or bathrobe. I was not expecting poor maintenance in Karachi PC with the amount it cost us £106 par night. I had to request towels, I requested to fix the air conditioning. We were informed that there’s a leakage and it will take half an hour to fix. So much disturbance in the room whilst they were inspecting the air conditioning, we had to leave the room to go out to eat. Not happy! Very disappointed stay."
