"They got me with “luxury” bit. Well it ain’t. Mediocre at best. Be clear that you room is not in the Annex, because apparently this place has a two tier guest experience. Friday on arrival we were told we should go poolside for breakfast. That was OK Saturday, Sunday morning we were turned away and told to go have breakfast in a separate indoor room in the dingy Annex. Sorry, Hermanus was a treat, but we will not be returning to this place."

"Had a lovely stay. Ute was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious. We had a downstairs room though so no views, although a little patio off the room. (Not hot enough to use the air con!)"
