"The heritage home, the central location downtown close to the canal, the Rideau Centre, the Byward Market, the cozy rooms, the decor, the wonderful staff, the breakfast...oh, the breakfast! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My go-to from now on when visiting Ottawa!"

"The property was fine.
What I did not appreciate is due to the corona virus I was stranded, my family paid for the hotel and the hotel did not want to take the deposit cash or via credit card from them I had to call a friend that lives in Ottawa to come to the hotel with his credit card. That was not good.....We paid online for hotel it was just terrible."
